June 2009 Dear Old Lyonian, First of all may I say a big thank you to all those who took part in this survey and returned their forms. As I said in my letter of 11th December 2008, I was keen to find out how the OLA can become more relevant to the membership, and the results of the Questionnaire have definitely proved valuable in giving me and the Old Lyonian Council a better insight into how we may best improve our existing services and develop a strategy for the future. A copy of the questionnaire and results is being circulated to all members for whom we have email addresses.
