Liam Moore left School to go to Southampton University where he studied English. After leaving university he joined the Royal Artillery starting with a one year course at Sandhurst. During his 6 years in service, he led a team in Afghanistan, worked with the US Navy Seals in Iraq and negotiated with factions in Iraq to combat ISIS. After leaving the Army he joined J P Morgan in asset management.
We were very fortunate to have Liam come back to the School and shamelessly took the opportunity to ask him to talk informally to boys about careers in both the Army and the City, which he most generously did.
