As part of the day of events culminating in the 104th OLA Annual Dinner, Old Lyonians from across the years joined Miss Katherine Haynes, Head, The John Lyon School and Mr Joe Kerridge, President, The Old Lyonian Association, to celebrate the formal opening of The Lyonian Pavilion.
A damp and wet afternoon did not deter former footballers and cricketers from celebrating the new home of the Old Lyonian Football Club, following its relocation from its historic home at Pinner View.
With a well-stocked bar open for business and cakes and scones to enjoy the atmosphere was one of memories and war tales of games past.
